Been a minute…

I usually post a little somethin’ somethin’ here on the blog every couple of days or so, but I’ve been doing a little bit of everything.  First, I’m completing an English course and have been writing papers like crazy. Second, my son is out for his Summer break and I’ve been playing the juggling game with him…which family member can keep him this week type of game.  For the many of you who have child care issues, you know what I mean. Third, I’m preparing for a most needed vacation to Chicago, and Cleveland next week…..woo hoo! I’ll be gone for 7 lovely days and we are so excited in the Croom-Turner house….we are putting our itinerary of places to go together daily!  And last, I’ve been in a total creative slump over the past week, and I haven’t created one darn piece of jewelry!  Maybe it’s not a slump…maybe I’m just being lazy, or I’m tired, or maybe I’m just sooooooooooo friggin’ excited about my trip that I don’t give a patootie about anything else right now.  Who knows?  Well I’m definitely looking forward to getting back in the “creative” groove.  I’ve got so many awesome Ideas for the Fall Jewelry line…Leather is involved, but nothing too kinky you dirty birdies……I’ll keep ya’ posted :-)
